1 General Terms & Eligibility

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 11bad platform and all its services. When you access the 11bad website, create an account, or use any of our services, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on 11bad are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Our accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (applicable for each method).
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposited funds will be reflected directly in your account balance.
• The name on your payment method must match the name on your account.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes between 10 and 45 minutes.

• Withdrawals may be restricted until any active bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Identity verification may be required at the time of withdrawal.

11bad reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and carry out further verification if any suspicious transaction, potential fraud, or unusual activity is detected on an account.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

11bad offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has specific terms, which are described in detail on that bonus's page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New players will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Another example: deposit ৳16,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• A 10x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount only (on the bonus amount alone, not on deposit + bonus).
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• The bonus may not be usable on all games — please check the specific bonus terms.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each player may claim each bonus offer only once.
• 11bad reserves the right to cancel a bonus and forfeit associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse is found.
• 11bad reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All gaming activity on 11bad is conducted fairly and transparently. We are committed to ensuring fair play.

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, unless the bet becomes void due to a technical error on the part of the game provider.
• Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to determine game outcomes, ensuring impartiality.

• For sports betting, a bet confirmed before an event begins is considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 11bad platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of the associated balance:

• Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Any form of bonus abuse or attempted bonus abuse.
• Attempting to manipulate or hack the gaming system.
• Money laundering or conducting suspicious financial activity.
• Using a false identity or forged documents.
• Playing games using automated software or bots.
• Misconduct or harassment toward other players or staff.
• Using fraudulent payment methods or attempting chargebacks.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

11bad reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of the Terms is violated.
• If fraudulent or deceptive activity is detected on the account.
• If information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• If the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Upon instruction from a regulatory or legal authority.

Users may also request closure of their own account at any time through support. Legitimately earned balances may be withdrawn subject to applicable terms.

9 Limitation of Liability

• Any loss or missed opportunity resulting from a user's internet disconnection.
